The Lord Rngolyth of this tier is dead!

We pray to the gods of Paladin opness as the killing blow was from our holy paladin who then promptly died 24 seconds into the enrage.

This kill puts us at 4/8 HM DS and, for now, retains our realm 3rd ranking.

I keep forgetting that people just dropping by can't see the forum so forgive me and let me post the following....

Firstly we claimed another faction first with a kill on Yor'sahj Heroic. Turns out all you need is a badly geared Blood DK - who'd have guessed!

Then MissHopkins became the 2nd guild member to posses that rather handy legendary staff. As if he needed any help with his DPS anyway. He did try to go arcane but found the rotation too challenging so has stayed fire.

We had 2 new people join us; Grimfrost and Vido, which has given us more flexibility with our raid composition which is already proving beneficial as we move into the hard hard modes.

Then, a little, belatedly we downed Ultraxion Heroic which further confirmed that Blizzard stole my healing and gave it to Holy Paladins because it's not like they've not got a big enough toolbox already is it?

Warlord Zon'ozz Heroic has been occupying us - he is this tier's Lord Rngolith with a delightful habit of applying his debuff to the exact 3 people who are currently in range on only 1 healer.

What a roller-coaster week; we managed to slip from 8th on the realm and 2nd horde guild to 15th and the 5th guild. Just when it looked a bit bleak we pulled it together for 2 days of rapid progress and managed to ninja the horde first Deathwing kill giving us the Fall of Deathwing and Destroyer's End achievements and put ourselves into the top 5 overall.

Congratulations to IRScary who gained the first legendary Dragonwrath, Tarecogosa's rest on the horde side. It takes time and dedication to obtain this in 10 man raiding but it's been worth it and the reaction in Orgrimmar was the expected combination of friendly gz and the lol haterz.

With the prospect of Ragnaros HM not quite as appealing as you'd think I was staring at an over-subscribed raid with the target being the completion of the Glory of the Firelands Raider meta achievement.

Everyone did a great job, Not An Ambi-Turner, Death From Above, Bucket List, Share The Pain and Do A Barrel Roll were all one shots (yes even Do A Barrel Roll).

Naturally we needed to show off our shiny Corrupted mounts so a photo-call in front of Firelands was needed:
